The Site is available to users who are 18 years of age or older.
Tech Resume Help provides professional resume writing, resume review, LinkedIn review, market keyword mapping, career counseling, and interview preparation services for tech professionals. Pricing and service details are listed on individual service pages.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. See Stripe's Terms.
Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to complete your intake form. Work begins after your intake form is submitted and, where applicable, your kickoff call is scheduled.
For resume rewrites, your first draft will be delivered within 3 business days of your kickoff call. Final delivery is within 7 business days. For resume reviews, LinkedIn reviews, and keyword mapping, delivery is within 2 business days of intake form submission.
Resume rewrite services include two rounds of revisions. A revision round is defined as one consolidated set of feedback submitted by email. Requests beyond two rounds, or requests that substantially change the scope or target role after work has begun, may be subject to additional fees.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information on your intake form. Delays caused by incomplete information or failure to respond to requests for clarification are not our responsibility.
All sales are final. Once work has begun on a service, fees are non-refundable. If you have concerns about your deliverable, please contact us at hello@techresumehelp.com and we will work with you within the scope of your included revision rounds.
If we cancel your order before work has begun, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
All content on the Site, including copy, design, and graphics, is the property of Tech Resume Help. Upon full payment and delivery of your service, the resume or document produced for you is yours to use. We retain no ongoing rights to your deliverable.
Tech Resume Help provides professional career services based on experience and expertise. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including job offers, interview invitations, or salary increases. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, employer decisions, and client action.
We are not licensed attorneys or career counselors. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal or professional licensing advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech Resume Help shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
